Had an amazing meal at Cure with some family; it was all our first time there. No complaints whatsoever and we had... Mushroom Soup, Stuffed Dates, Wedge Salad, Chicken & Waffles, Lamb Chop, Pork Chop, and the Duck. Everything was exceptional and my favorites were the Forbidden Risotto and their take on a Wedge Salad, which was the best of each category I've ever had (and I get a Wedge anytime I see one on a menu). Our Waiter was very good as well, a pro for sure who knows his stuff. Nice work, we will be back!

Hosted a work dinner here and it was spectacular. Everyone enjoyed the cocktails and food. Service was great as well. The menu is eclectic but easy for everyone to find many options. It's a cozy space, bustling but not too loud for conversation. I would absolutely return personally and wouldn't hesitate to have a work dinner here again.

My wife and I were in Portsmouth for my Birthday weekend. Cure had great service and tasty food. The restaurant is small and we were seated very close to two other couples (within arms length in each side). I could imagine this being a detriment if you want privacy, but we enjoyed the friendly banter with fellow diners. The French onion soup and our creme brulee dessert were the highlights and both were exceptional. The entrees were solid and tasty, but maybe a little too much sides for the entree that was there.

We were passing through Portsmouth on a road trip and planned to stop here. We didn't realize it was Portsmouth Restaurant Week but wow, we picked the best time. The restaurant week menu was a phenomenal deal and great offerings. A 3 course meal for $52 our server was so helpful and gave great recommendations. We both loved our drinks, we had a seasonal spritz and a ginger pear mocktail. Each course was delicious and delivered so fast. This cozy little spot is a great choice.

Quaint restaurant with wonderful service, its welcoming and cozy atmosphere lends itself to making you feel very comfortable, the crab cakes were amazing as well as every other dish that we had. From the management to the server they went the extra step to make your visit memorable.

Just going to start this off with saying this is the best meal we've had in a long time! We went in on a Monday night (no reservation), but were easily sat at the bar right away. I cannot remember the bartenders name for the life of me, but she was super attentive, very friendly, and personable. I started with the blueberry cosmo, and yum! We then got the bread and butter which was delicious and then had the lobster Mac and cheese and short ribs. We both agree this is the best lobster Mac and cheese and best short ribs we've probably ever had! We finished it off with the NY cheesecake with the blueberry and blackberry compote. Cannot recommend enough and we would 100% return if in town again.

We met our cousins at this cute little restaurant. It's a charming space. If it's a hot day, sit towards the front of the restaurant. The back is warm. The staff were lovely. Cocktails were excellent. My cousin is obsessed with the mushrooms forester appetizer. It was off the menu for the summer, but somehow the chef was able to make us an order- we were impressed by this thoughtful gesture. The bruschetta and halloumi were excellent. Entrees were really good. I had the pork chop. It was cooked perfectly. I usually don't like sweet foods. The chef introduces sweet elements into most of the dishes- it worked for me here. The salmon was really good. Flourless chocolate cake and cheesecake with apple compote rounded out the meal. Prices were very reasonable for this level of quality This restaurant could hold its own in Williamsburg or the West Village. Highly recommended!
